PNV 7506 AS FG is suitable for Low volume batch sizes and high accuracy weighing and dosing applications due to the flexibility of the fabric.

PNV 7506 AS FG has been tested for its electrostatic chargeability, the sample has been tested according to DIN 54345.

Surface resistance ROT (geometric median of the values of five measurements each):

• Side 1 (marked side):           R_oT = 6.7*10² Ω
• Side 2 (back side):                R_oT = 2.0*10³ Ω

Volume Resistance RDT (geometric median of the values of five measurements each:

• R_DT = 7.8*10² Ω

Test according to DIN 54345-5

Strip resistance R_st in warp direction (arithmetic median of five samples).

• R_st30 = 1.6*10³ Ω

Strip resistance R_st in fill direction (arithmetic median of five samples).

• R_st30 = 2.7*10³ Ω

Test was carried out with a test voltage of 1 V. Deviating from the provisions made in DIN 54 345, the test was conducted after at least 24 hours of storage at a temperature of 22 °C and a relative humidity of 34%.

The maximum permissible resistance value is: 10⁸ Ω. This Value was under-run in all measurements. In an electrostatic sense, there is no objection to using the earthed filter material in hazardous places.
