About Weighing Bellows
Due to their special design and high quality flexible material, silicone weighing bellows are used as a connection for weighing applications and dosing equipment, as they have little or no effect on weighing and or dosing processes.
Silicone Weighing Bellows
Weighing bellows are for the flexible connection of mixers, feeders or vessels on weighing cells to supply lines, drain pipes or other forms of air transport or powder transport. Silicones are well known for their supple and flexible properties. These flexible connections produce little to no reactive force and therefore do not influence the weighing.
Seamless Step bellows are for the flexible connection of mixers, feeders or vessels on weighing cells to supply lines, drain pipes or other forms of air transport or powder transport with 2 different dimension tubing.
Custom Poly Urethane Weighing Bellows
Weighing Bellows serve to create a flexible connection between dosing equipment, mixers, feeders or vessels on weighing- / Load cells to supply lines, drain pipes, packaging equipment or other forms of air or powder transport. Accurate batch sizes are crucial to ensure a high quality end product. Poly Urethane Weighing Bellows are available in standardized designs and there are many standard sizes available. Custom designs and sizes are fast and easy available without any minimum order quantity.
In order to be able to connect every flexible sleeve in a robust and sound manner we have a wide range of clamping straps and hose clamps in our selection. There are 3 different styles of lock with brass bushes.
The Hecht Tri-Clamp bellow is moulded from one piece. It is designed for optimal hygiene and to create optimal weighing results. The weighing bellow is available for Tri-Clamp connection and is pressure resistant up to 100 mbar. It is suitable for CIP.
