PU-UF20 is a heavy-duty, 2,0 mm transparent TPU film from Filcoflex B.V., made for processes where mechanical load and abrasion are part of daily operation. The polyether-based Poly Urethane combines high wear resistance with the flexibility and clarity of the PU-UF series.

PU-UF20 is designed for heavy-duty use and is applied in equipment such as:
ATEX and explosion safety
PU-UF20 has not been tested separately for its electrostatic properties. It is the same Poly Urethane material as PU-UF03, PU-UF1 and PU-UF15; only the thickness differs. For this grade, the test results of PU-UF15 can be considered the worst-case scenario, so the ATEX restrictions in the table below also apply to PU-UF20.

Pressure resistance for flexible connectors
The pressure values in the specifications table apply up to 90 °C / 194 °F. Sleeves may expand or contract under these pressures. Filcoflex can integrate reinforcement rings to keep the connector in shape.

Weighing applications
PU-UF20 is suitable for high-volume and high-weight weighing and dosing applications with a required accuracy above 1 kg. For more accurate weighing, contact Filcoflex about weighing flexible connections such as silicone bellows, Poly Urethane bellows, PU-UF03 sleeves or PTFE 310 fabric.
