PNV 7506 AS FG has been tested for its electrostatic chargeability, the sample has been tested according to DIN 54345.
Test according to DIN 54345-1
Surface resistance ROT (geometric median of the values of five measurements each):
- Side 1 (marked side): RoT = 6.7*102 Ω
- Side 2 (back side): RoT = 2.0*103 Ω
Volume Resistance RDT (geometric median of the values of five measurements each:
- RDT = 7.8*102 Ω
Test according to DIN 54345-5
Strip resistance Rst in warp direction (arithmetic median of five samples).
- Rst30 = 1.6*103 Ω
Strip resistance Rst in fill direction (arithmetic median of five samples).
- Rst30 = 2.7*103 Ω
Test was carried out with a test voltage of 1 V. Deviating from the provisions made in DIN 54 345, the test was conducted after at least 24 hours of storage at a temperature of 22 °C and a relative humidity of 34%.
The maximum permissible resistance value is: 108 Ω. This Value was under-run in all measurements. In an electrostatic sense, there is no objection to using the earthed filter material in hazardous places.
