The flanges are available in stainless steel 304(1.4301) and stainless steel 316 (1.4571).

The quick-connect coupling is extremely easy to fit. Pressure-resistance and the correct fitting are guaranteed by the use of clamping rings. The flexible connector seals without the use of a separate gasket ring. This reduces the risk of losing parts.[/nz_col] [nz_col width=”2″]These are based on standard pipe systems from:

The flanges are 15 mm high and 2 mm thick stainless steel 304 (1.4301) as standard. The minimum recommended length is 70mm. There is no maximum length.
However, there is a possibility to create the absolute shortest build-in height of 40 mm with a minor alteration. This is an exception. There are always possibilities for other special versions and other metals.

Welding or stitching the stainless steel flanges into the flexible connector means that the FSC can be made in various flexible material types. More information on this can be found in ‘Attached documents’.
