Because of the expansion of our workforce we are looking for a: Commercial / administrative employee inside office (20-40 hours). Driven, result-oriented, no nonsense.
What are you going to do?
As a commercial / administrative employee in the office, you start to intensify our commercial policy.
Specifically, that means that you:
• Help shape the commercial policy and then take action to implement it;
• Giving product and sales information, telephone sales;
• Preparation, follow-up, management and archiving of quotations including technical specifications;
• Identifying, qualifying and maintaining prospects;
• Review, enter and manage orders;
• Providing information to customers regarding order status;
• Expand your network;
• Track customer data in the CRM system;
• Aftersales;
• Administrative support activities.
What do we expect from you?
• You have experience in a technical production environment and you are a flexible, collaborative
employee who is motivated and eager to learn;
• You are enthusiastic, convincing, customer-oriented and you can easily conduct (telephone)
conversations at different levels;
• You have an HBO level of work and thinking and a commercial attitude that you immediately
translate into action;
• You enjoy working in a small team that communicates directly and supports each other;
• You are a hard worker and willing, if necessary, to do something extra.
