Filcoflex specialises in flexible connections

Filcoflex stands for innovative solutions as a result of 30 years of knowledge and experience. We have many references in the foodstuffs sector in Europe. Filcoflex has also been operating outside of Europe for several years and has many overseas references.

Major player in the dry substances

We are a major player in the dry substances sector, with products for bulk and powder transport systems. All areas of this sector use innovative and reliable products, including the sure fit line, silicone weighing bellows and/or inflatable bag clamps or connectors with a quick coupling system.

For all of our products and materials we strive to achieve certification and generate test reports with which we can demonstrate the use of reputable and reliable materials. At Filcoflex we are also specialised in custom production and have a solution for almost everything within our specialities.

International operating specialist

Filcoflex operates outside Europe for several years and has a great many overseas references. Filcoflex operates internationally through a number of agencies and has its own office in Germany. Production takes place in the Netherlands so that delivery times and quality are guaranteed.

Branches

Grain

This industry requires explosion safe, food safe wear resistant materials. The use of dosing equipment requires special design that have little or no impact on the weighing process.

Mining

To create dust tight connections for the prevention of product loss we use special abrasive materials for use with the raw materials in this industry.

Sugar

Sugar is abrasive and needs to be handled in a hygienic, explosion safe environment. Use of weighing equipment requires special designs.

Coffee

Air and gas tight couplings available. Materials are safe to use with foodstuffs. Materials are available that can resist temperatures over 90ºC, 200ºC and 300ºC.

Paint

Our cleanroom production facility can guarantee products are silicone and PTFE free.

Toner

Models can be specially designed to have little or no effect on weighing and/or dosing processes and silicone and PTFE free.

Spices

Materials are safe to use with foodstuffs. Available in materials safe for use in explosion hazardous production environments. (Atex zone 20, 21 & 22)

Plastic & Recycling

Wear-resistant PTFE and silicone free materials can be used for specially designed connectors that have little or no effect on weighing and dosing equipment.

Infant Formula

Strict requirements for FDA and ECC regulations for food safety. Certificates and migration test reports are available on request. Available materials safe for use in explosion hazardous production environments. (Atex zone 20, 21 & 22)

Dairy

Pharma

In addition to food safety and explosion safety regulations the pharmaceutical industry also requires solvent resistant materials.
