Inflatable Bulk Bag Clamp Classic (PNEUBAG) in rubber or silicone makes loading and unloading big bags, bulk bags, supersacks, or FIBCs convenient, dust-tight, and leak-free. The flexible connector goes over the pipe and inside the fill spout of the bulk bag. Once inflated, a secure seal is formed, ensuring no loss of product and a dust-free environment.

PNEUBAG can be custom-made in all pipe diameters, bag diameters and different lengths. Bag clamps can be made with 1 or more pneumatic fittings, with a choice of 2 types:

Ø6mm Quick-connector fitting for PA hose
1/8” Fitting with an exterior screw thread

They are also available in various material types for various applications. They can be used for both indoor (preferred) and outdoor applications, for high temperatures, aggressive chemicals, food, feed and many more.

PNEUBAG is available in two materials: silicone and EPDM. This flexible connector is highly customizable and can be created from pipe diameters starting from 100 mm. PNEUBAG can be made in 3 lengths: 150 mm, 200 mm and 250 mm.

To secure the flexible connector, use Filcoflex hose clamps.
