Filcoflex hose clamps are specifically designed to meet the stringent requirements of bulk powder handling and transport, where product integrity, cleanliness, and equipment reliability are important. Made entirely from food grade 304 stainless steel (also known as 18/8 stainless steel) these clamps deliver exceptional corrosion resistance, heat tolerance, and hygienic performance. Hose clamps are used to create a tight and secure hold among flexible connectors and sleeves attached to piping. With a pressure capacity of up to 1.5 Bar, Filcoflex hose clamps provide the sealing power needed to prevent leaks, maintain airflow, and protect against product loss or cross-contamination.
Three variations are available for every application. Filcoflex offers the KLB09, KLB20, and KLB25 hose clamps. The stainless steel construction of these products forms a passive chromium oxide layer that protects against corrosion. As part of a critical production systems, hose clamps minimize downtime and ensure that process lines remain sealed, even during vibration or high-pressure operation.
