Excellent Elastic recovery
Compared to polyurethane, silicone rubber has an even higher operating temperature range from -60 °C to 200°C. This material offers excellent resistance to UV light, ozone, moisture, and many chemicals (see Chemical Resistance chart). Silicone rubber can also be made antistatic by adding carbon for use in environments with hazards of electric discharge.
