As accessories to JACOB flexible connections, these products boost the performance of your flexible connector — making your process more efficient, secure, and hygienic.
Quick Connect clamp gives a secure and tight seal without the use of any tools. By fitting the bolt to the correct torque, a tight seal can be obtained for products like FSC flexible connectors, FSC & FDM transparent endcap, and blind covers. The Bolt makes the torque of the clamp adjustable with an Allen key.

Bolt Connect clamp can only be released using tools, keeping operator safety a priority when the flexible connector is close to butterfly valves, rotary valves, and screw conveyors. Bolt Connect clamps create a secure connection in products like FDM flexible connectors, FSC and FDM transparent Endcap, FSC flexible connectors, and Blind cover.

The Quick Connect Safety Release Clamp (QCSR) improves safety and efficiency with a safety release handle that allows a tight fit without the use of any tool. QCSR is adjustable on both ends and provides the best seal when the bolt is fitted to the correct torque. The QCSR clamps allow for a thicker machine flange of 3mm. An Allen key can be used to adjust the torque of the bolt. This clamp can be used with products such as FDM flexible connectors, Blind covers, and FDM transparent Endcap.

Welding flanges, also known as adapter flanges, are welded to your machinery so they can be adapted to connect with FDM or FSC type flexible connections or other accessories such as endcaps, bags or lids.

Conical, Straight, Angular and Bend Pipe pieces with a lip on either 1 or both ends are available. Adapter pieces allows you to connect your machinery to flexible connectors or other pipe systems.
Gasket seals, also known as U shaped seals, create a leak-proof connection between the adapter flange and flange of the FDM connector. These Gaskets can be used as a seal for FDM flexible connectors, Blind covers, and FDM Endcap. Aside from the standard offerings, custom materials and sizes can also be produced.

Endcaps are used to close off an unused machine port or as a looking glass, so operators can see what is happening inside the machinery, for instance, on top of a sieve or sifter. Endcaps are highly customizable, both in material and size, depending on the customer’s requirements. All endcaps require the use of a gasket seal except for the FSC polyurethane version. For a secure connection, Endcaps can be fitted with the Quick Connect or Bolt Connect Clamps.
