NFC technology on flexible sleeves, seals and gaskets help with keeping your records organized. NFC chips store important information about your production processes via text and URL. With just one scan, you can access safety instructions, replacement dates, cleaning instructions, P&ID numbers and many more. Any NFC compatible device reads and modifies the chip by using electromagnetic fields. These devices can be mobile or PC, and in different operating systems like iOS, MacOS, Windows, Android and Linux.
Padding gaskets improve sealing in flanged or clamped flexible connectors. The raised surface of the pad helps components with rough surfaces or unevenly tensioned bolts and clamps to be more airtight and dust-tight. It also protects the thinner flexible sleeve from tearing when using hoseclamps. Padding gaskets make fitting a sleeve easier and ensure secure sealing on the first try.
